Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.

A minimum of 16 years of experience.

An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.

Job Duties:

Resources will work as part of an existing team, supporting an existing application platform and contributing to efforts working on potential modernization enhancements such as:

Assessing needs and developing solutions - Understanding the operational and IT needs of OPWDD/ITS and designing, developing and configuring software, apps, custom solutions and new applications using Microsoft Dynamics. Understanding how the organizations' systems communicate with one another and integrating any new enhancements with current systems.

Testing Support: Testing the developments through deployments and change/release management cycles.

Maintenance and Support: Creating documentation for the current system and the patches applied. Providing extended support for any issues that arise post-deployment. Providing ongoing maintenance support.

Required Skills:

Experience programming in MS Dynamics 365 (have knowledge of programming languages, integration tools, data modeling, web services, UI/UX design and data visualization), should be fluent in Cloud Technologies, and have a knowledge of web security.

Preferred Credentials/Certifications:

8+ years working in an MS Dynamics 365 environment

Extensive experience with SQL databases

Testing and troubleshooting experience.
