We are searching for a skilled data professional to join our team, specifically targeting those based in the Bay Area who can commit to working at Adobe's office once a week. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in interpreting customer engagement through detailed analysis, working alongside cross-functional teams to inform quarterly and yearly planning. Your mission will be to utilize a blend of SQL querying, data science, and sharp business acumen to drive our understanding of customer behavior, retention, and migration patterns.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze customer journeys to optimize engagement, retention, and migration strategies.
Utilize SQL for data extraction from various tables, performing comprehensive analysis to offer actionable insights.
Monitor performance metrics weekly, decipher trends, and forecast future customer behavior.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to leverage data insights in strategic planning.
Engage in segment and cohort analysis to identify trends and inform business strategies.
