.Net Developer

hybrid onsite 2-3 days @ 133 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30303

6-12 month contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sr. .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable applications while also working on some legacy applications as well.

1) AWS Lambda using C# & .NET

2) Entity Framework or ORM tools

3) Testing Frameworks & Mocks

4) Terraform, github and maintain yml files(ci/cd) - We might need more AWS services based on requirements.

6) Knowledge of Commonly used AWS Services ( API Gateway & Lambda & Cloudwatch)

7) Agile Development Process

8) Peer Review

9) Adaptable - must be able to work with legacy software

Exposure to proper coding standards

Unit testing

API development

Scalability to roll out to 133 locations

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs

Utilize AWS services to manage backend infrastructure

Design and manage PostgreSQL databases

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Implement unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability

Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a .NET Developer

Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework

Experience with PostgreSQL database management

Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with applications

Experience with scalability and performance optimization

Proficiency in unit testing frameworks and practices

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Terraform, GitHub and maintain yml files (CI/CD)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Understanding of application security best practices

Experience with automated testing frameworks
