Job Description
As our FW Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in helping meet transformational initiative goals. You'll analyze and summarize portfolios of data as well as identify opportunities to improve current processes and make recommendations to business partners for future direction against key strategies. You will establish methodologies and criteria for analysis and suggested actions. You will further collaborate with business partners to create roadmaps, manage tactical plans and track KPI s. Additionally you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You ll also ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate.
Some or all of the following will be relevant for your day to day:
" Data analysis and preparing recommendations; includes creation of new reports/data visualization by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
" Communicating results and recommendations; building compelling tools and communication to support recommendations and communicate to cross functional teams
" Facilitating roadmap creation and initiative approach and sequencing
" Initiating a project plan and facilitating the tactical execution of the plan
" Create, execute and monitor KPI s
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business related discipline
2 additional years experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Consumer good Product creation experience preferred
Team player / Collaborative across diverse stake holders
Strong information seeking and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity
Business acumen to learn new business processes and understand operations
Ability to adjust priorities in an ambiguous environment and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Analytical, creative, and innovative approaches to solving problems independently in ambiguous situations with limited direction
Documentation skills
Technical
" Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, linking, data mining)
" SmartSheets / Airtable
" Data visualization (Tableau)
" Proficient in SQL
" Data mining and analyses
Planning capabilities needed for palettes in new material classifications; creation and ongoing maintenance of tools and source plans for new material classifications.
