Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Lead AML Onboarding team and provide process oversight across AML onboarding to AMRS region for GM clients
Manage daily AML Onboarding operational activities – pipeline management, prioritization, planning, work allocation
Establish and chair regular routines within regional stakeholders
Manage and improve AML Onboarding productivity and quality results and operational readiness activities (In Line Quality Checks, Global Financial Crime testing results, Audit testing results)
Manage audit issues and required remediation plans
Drive process improvement initiatives aimed to improve client experience, aligned to key strategic priorities
Maintain and enhance the AML Reporting Data Model to include new attributes from Cesium and AWARE to meet new Laws, Rules, Regulations across multiple regions and jurisdictions
Develop ETL programs to source, transform and load data into the AML Reporting Data Mart
Build custom solutions using AWARE data to reduce manual work done by Ops teams e.g. DGA On-Tool templates
Develop standard and custom data extracts for global operations teams for operational metrics, audit requests and regulatory submissions
Requirements:
Oracle 19c data model design and development
Oracle PL/SQL programming
MS SQL Server Database, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Information Services (SSIS) development
Core Java and Scala programming
Angular UI Development
Pega PPRT, Pega PPRC, Pega SQL, Pega UI-R and Pega Data Mart
Strong Leadership skills and proven track record of leading operations teams
Strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements or Economic Sanctions laws and regulations gained within a corporate environment (minimum 5-7 years' experience in AML KYC space)
Familiarity with global markets products would be an advantage
Able to work accurately to tight deadlines in a demanding environment
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Able to apply Critical Thinking
Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Experience engaging with external clients
Desired skills:
