WHAT WE DO:
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

• Hybrid (Dallas, Tx) – 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Documents and configures complex enterprise solutions based on the business requirements. Includes obtaining standards and transition plans to bridge current state into desired future state. At times, may be required to coordinate across a highly distributed team, test and deploy the solutions as well.
• Ability to communicate across multiple areas and cross varied teams that are both local and distributed geographically. Able to accomplish tasks given different personalities and team dynamics.
• Works with IT application owners to identify requirements to satisfy business needs.
• Conducts technical evaluations and performs cost/benefit analysis.
• Continually evaluates its impact on company objectives and deployed systems.
• Facilitates solution design discussions
• Participates as a member of the project team to ensure the optimal design solution is understood and adopted
• Ability to work through complex contracts to engage new vendors and consult firms, MSA/NDA
• Ability to manage three important variables: time, money and risk to accomplish the tasks that are required to meet business goal. Risk management experience is a plus.
• Participates in the evaluation and implementation planning of new technologies and actively reviews existing architectures and systems to recommend improvements
• May be requested to participate in incident resolution and/or problem analysis
• Ability to actually manage individuals to obtain the maximum utilize of each resource and direct that towards the business's goal.
Additional Job Functions:
• Assists with project tracking, status reports and team/scrum meetings
• Assists with software, hardware and project approvals.
• Assists with software and vendor contract reviews
• Responsible for timely implementation of technology projects.
• Assist with IT cost control and actively look for opportunities to control spend.
• Performs other duties assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong detail, quality and solution orientation with a customer focus
• Ability to create development plans for each of their employees
• Prior experience as a team member directly responsible for the success of the a major project or outcome
• Ability to think critically and solve complex issues
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external teams
• Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience adapting in a dynamic work environment
• Experience working in a customer focused environment
• Ability to troubleshooting issue
• Work closely with other IT application owners and leaders to communicate, share and implement best practices
• Highly advanced trouble shooting skills, problem resolution, project management and technology evaluation to meet business requirements
Ideal Qualifications:
• Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and understand business especially in the finance area
• Distribution or retail experience
• Experience preparing and presenting business and/or financial results
• Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills
• Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills
• Familiarity with data warehouse and business intelligence concepts
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently without close supervision
• Ability to handle concurrent responsibilities and tasks under pressure and within required timeframes
