Job Requirements / Description
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Drive product design for multiple Client Ads projects.
Own project areas end-to-end and work with other designers + alongside stakeholders to establish design solutions
Create design deliverables, including storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mocks, prototypes, and specifications
Communicate designs to both internal and external teams via compelling storytelling.
Clearly rationalize and justify design work and be an advocate for UX
Collaborate effectively on a team and be willing to explore all options
Work closely with user researchers to establish research direction and better inform designs through a users’ point of view
Work closely with Client UX, Engineering, Product Management, and leadership throughout all stages of the product cycle, from inception through to delivery
Understand business goals and seek to understand competitors, opportunities and challenges
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (in lieu of degree, relevant work experience required).
Design portfolio includes examples of creating successful experiences for mobile, tablet, TV, and/or desktop.
Strong core interaction design skills, knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, and a good understanding of usability.
Adept at Figma.
Design portfolio showing fluency with visual and interaction design tools and ability to work within a highly technical environment; good understanding of technical requirements and limitations.
