Business Systems Analyst Lead

Position Location: The manager has team members at two locations below. *Hybrid = 3 days in office

1. Pittsburgh, PA

2. Cleveland/Strongsville, OH

3. 100% Remote

M-F, 8-5

Intended length of Assignment: 3 months with possible extension

Roles and Responsibilities:

Familiar with process maps, governance docs, and can help with project documentation.

Create and update internal documentation and process maps

Develop comprehensive guides and FAQs for end-users to facilitation the migration to CDP Data Services (e.g., common issues, migration tasks, best practices)

Assist in documenting any gaps identified during the migration process, ensuring clear action plans and solutions

Must Have Technical Skills:

Overall experience 6+ years

1. Demonstrated experience in creating user-facing documentation supporting all levels of users low and high

2. Organization skills with process maps for internal documentation; mapping out how everything is presented to users, making it easy for users to find things.

3. Visio process maps, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, Word for sharing documentation

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

1. Worked with Hadoop or similar, familiar with the language.
