" In-depth computer hardware knowledge (CPU, motherboard, storage/memory technologies, etc.) with Dell, Client, and Client
" Strong experience with OS imaging using Microsoft Configuration Manager
" Strong Windows 11 experience
" Good overall understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager
" Good workstation troubleshooting skills
" Good knowledge of ServiceNow
