Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Job Description:
This role is a unique blend of a BI Analyst and a Project Manager/PMO, where your primary focus will be on BI analysis. You will be an integral part of the Cyber Technology and Controls organization, responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights. The goal is to modernize our data management and reporting, transitioning away from manual processes and static presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Alteryx and Tableau to extract, transform, and visualize data, uncovering trends and patterns.
Confluence Management: Take ownership of our Confluence environment, revamping its structure to ensure it's a dynamic hub for knowledge sharing and project documentation.
Governance Implementation: Establish and maintain robust data governance processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
Workflow Automation: Leverage Alteryx to automate manual data collection and reporting processes, driving efficiency and reducing errors.
Dashboard Development: Create interactive and impactful dashboards using Tableau to visualize key metrics and enable data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams within the Cyber Technology and Controls organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions.
Qualifications:
Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Alteryx, Tableau, Confluence, and SharePoint form creation.
Process-Oriented: Adept at establishing and managing data governance processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Cybersecurity: Any experience with cyber controls or related concepts would be beneficial.
