Job Description
Partners with business team to understand business problems and objectives Conducts sophisticated analytics using predictive modeling, machine learning, simulation, optimization, and other techniques to deliver insights or develop analytical solutions to achieve business objectives
Use large amounts of both structured and unstructured data (internal and external) to build AI/Client modeling solutions.
End-to end experience of model development life cycle including model performance monitoring and model feature development.
Provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) support on efforts to develop scalable, efficient, automated solutions for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.
Works with IT to research architecture for new products, services, and features.
Bi-weekly stakeholder updates on status of work and delivery timelines
Having strong Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and good communication skills
Python, AWS, Machine Learning Model Development, Validation, Model Performance monitoring
Build predictive models, LLMs, NLP models, and machine-learning algorithms to Client insights, trends, and patterns
Good understanding of statistical analysis
Good understanding of Modeling lifecycle including Model Governance & Model Risk management;
Experience working with models for Financial services companies or Banks is an advantage
Model Performance monitoring
Model feature development, Graph model development
Ability to analyze/understand the model development life cycle from business perspectives and provide end to end data science consulting.
Experience of delivering machine learning models in AWS9. Customer engagement and Stakeholder management
Strong & Assertive communication skills
Experience handling distributed teams in India and Mexico
