We are looking for a highly motivated Network Administrator I to join our team. This role will assist in managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, conference room solutions, and mobility solutions. Reporting to the Network Manager and partnering with the Sr. Network Engineer, you will provide technical support, network installations, and support a multitude of different IT projects.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki equipment, Yealink or Polycom Conference solutions, and other network related peripherals.

Collaborate with the network and support team to implement network policies, procedures, and standards.

Participate in network capacity planning and recommend improvements to optimize network performance.

Provide technical support and assistance to technical support specialists regarding network-related issues.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging network technologies.

Travel to deploy new offices as needed

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of two or more systems: Meraki LAN Devices, Azure Networking, Azure VPN, Meraki VPN, PRTG (alerting), Polycom, Yealink

Proficient in network configuration and troubleshooting

Understanding network terms: DNS, ACL, Network Layers, Subnet, Routing

At least 3 years' experience in IT support desk role

Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)

Adaptable to ambiguity and frequent changes

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Effective teamwork skills

Self-starter; open to new initiatives
