We are currently accepting resumes for a Software Developer L3 position in Raymond, OH.
This position is Hybrid. Onsite work Requirement - One day a week now on Tuesdays
For this role, candidate with 3Dx and CAA knowledge is preferred

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
3rd Party Suppliers:
Not accepting 3rd party suppliers for this role
Overtime: Yes
Approximate Overtime Hours per week: 5
Design and implement solutions using CATIA, DELMIA CAA, and the 3Dx platform to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CATIA, DELMIA CAA, and 3Dx platform.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
" Bachelor s or master s degree in mechanical engineering or computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
" Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and architecture with a focus on CATIA, DELMIA CAA, and the 3Dx platform.
" Strong proficiency in C++ and other relevant programming languages.
" In-depth knowledge of CATIA and DELMIA CAA architecture and development environment.
" Experience with the 3Dx platform and its integration with other systems.
" Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
" Strong communication and leadership abilities.
" Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
" Experience with other CAD software and PLM systems.
" Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
" Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or Java.
" Experience with cloud-based development and deployment
