JOB SUMMARY:
At a leading entertainment and technology company, we're at the forefront of creating unprecedented viewing experiences and transforming our media business for the digital era. Our Commerce, Growth & Identity (CGI) organization is pivotal in driving subscriptions, user engagement, and monetization across diverse streaming and digital offerings. Joining our Web Commerce team, you'll play a critical role in building the core sign-up, purchase, and subscription management experiences, utilizing your expertise to tackle complex technical challenges and continuously improve our systems and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead projects, working closely with engineering and product teams to transform product requirements into actionable design and technical specifications.
Write, maintain, and standardize high-quality code through test-driven development.
Architect and design implementations, providing comprehensive documentation and guidance to other engineers.
Contribute to project needs and the evolutionary practices of the team, recommending developmental, coding, maintenance, and standards changes.
Support and mentor senior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and providing technical leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years of experience in building scalable and performant web applications.
Profound expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
Ability to define and implement API specifications in collaboration with service teams.
Experience in Web Accessibility Compliance (WCAG)
