Seeking for a ServiceNow Developer - Jersey City, NJ(Onsite)
Engage with a ServiceNow professional services provider for three key ServiceNow updates and integrations.
Upgrade the current Payments ServicePoint Service Catalog for each AppOps Support Tower.
Design and introduce an updated easy-to-use end user service catalog User Interface and service catalog.
Client360 to ServiceNow ticketing system integration.
Implement ServiceNow workflows for automated child ticket creation for multi-group task engagement and tracking.
Provided full integration to Client360 for automated ServiceNow service ticket creation.
Replace aging ARDM process that will not be ported when teams move to eJIRA by May 2024 (ARDM currently used to package Card Services releases).
