Business Systems Analyst (Oracle EBS - Financials)
- Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid). Work from office two days per week.
- Visa: GC/USC preferred. Will consider H-1B visa holder with an approved I-140 or 12+ months remaining on an initial H-1B visa.

As an Oracle EBS functional specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and configuring advanced financial processes, using your skills to optimize systems and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Financials processes (OTC, PTP & RTR), driving innovation and efficiency.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, develop solutions, and draft detailed functional specifications for various projects.
- Lead all phases of system development, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surpass customer expectations and maintain compliance with Information Security and SOX standards.
- Provide troubleshooting expertise, resolve software issues, and promote automation for process optimization.
- Develop thorough test strategies and plans for application updates and enhancements.
- Deliver high-quality presentations addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions.
What You Bring:
- Over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.9+), web applications, services, and interfaces across the financials functional area. Leadership experience in successful project delivery is a plus
- Recent hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Functional tasks, including configuration and implementation. Experience with SaaS solutions integrated with Oracle EBS.
- Strong skills in capturing requirements, producing detailed specifications, test strategies, and project plans
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley processes and controls is preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
