Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains proper documentation to define the business purpose and technical requirements.

Participates in Disaster Recovery Planning, Testing and Execution.

Follows appropriate application and company methods, standards and procedures.

Provides timely communication to the business to keep them apprised of problems, planned outages, and extended downtime.

Adheres to departmental Service Level Agreements.

Provides 2nd level support on escalated Service Issues.

Participates in after hour support when required.

Identifies business improvement opportunities and provides solution recommendations.

Effectively communicates company policies and procedures.

Improves job knowledge by attending training and keeping relevant knowledge and skills current.

Demonstrates organizational skills by working independently and with a team and by effectively delegating workload and responsibilities.

Follows all quality system and safety protocols by safely operating equipment, wearing proper protective equipment (PPE), completing safety training, keeping work areas clean and organized, and contributing to established safety goals.

Required Qualities/Attributes

Ability to communicate free of technical language to the business and end-user.

Familiarity with IT, systems architecture, data communications and business processes.

Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting client/customer needs.

Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate actions, adapt to change, and make tough decisions.

Proven ability to identify business and technical opportunities; to design, develop/source and implement sustainable, scale-able solutions; and wherever possible streamline/automate processes and provide productivity improvements.

Experience working on small to large scale implementations.

Exceptional organizational skills to include multi-tasking, planning, and time management.

Ability to adjust to ever-changing priorities.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and conflict management skills.

Results driven, self-directed and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Capacity to own projects from inception to completion.

Attends and participates in educational workshops and professional group meetings, reviews professional publications, and establishes personal networks to stay abreast of new trends and innovations in IT.

Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in order to achieve goals and objectives.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (Mandarin a plus).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Business or related discipline preferred.

MBA or Advance Degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline a plus.

Minimum of 2 years related experience working in manufacturing company preferably process manufacturing with multiple plant locations and in a global organization.

Minimum of 2 years working with Oracle EBS or equivalent ERP system.

Minimum of 2 years working with Application Development, Change Management, Version Control and Configuration Management.

Minimum of 1 year experience developing, executing, and automating SQL statements for data extracts, analysis, manipulation, etc.

Project Management Certification

ITIL Certification a plus

Detailed functional and technical knowledge of Finance & Accounting and/or Manufacturing (preferably process)

Functional use of SQL Developer, Toad and/or Microsoft Access

Functional and Technical knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence technologies

Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Travel: Up to 20%

Essential Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The duties listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Develops and maintains project documentation such as project plans, status reports, budgets and manages and tracks project activities, milestones and schedules.

Translates business requirements, produces feasibility reports, designs solutions to improve productivity and efficiency and participates in cost benefit analyses to assess project ROI.

Interacts with business and technical resources to track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status, and assess potential impacts to the business.

Develops solutions that enable global consistency and standardization and facilitates exceptional performance.

Manages requirement changes.

Develops use cases as a key communication tool between the Business and Technical teams.

Documents current & future state assessments.

Creates and maintains functional models, process flows, and wireframe diagrams.

Develops technical report specifications based on functional business requirements in partnership with Application Lead, development team and business stakeholders.

Performs report support and development based on technical specifications.

Develops test plans in conjunction with technical specifications and business requirements, assists in Quality Assurance process and training, and submits approved changes to production.

Ensures reporting development standards required for best practices and future upgrades are adhered to and properly documented.

Ensures projects are completed according to product specifications, project plans and are properly documented.

Provides timely support and updates on assigned Service Issues, Requests, goals and objectives.

Builds and maintains effective and cohesive relationships with all internal and external customers to include timely and professional responses in all forms of communication.

Stays abreast of technology advancements and present strategic initiatives for growth and improvements.

Consistently and effectively communicates issues, status, and work priorities within the IT Organization.

Works in partnership with IT Leadership to provide best coverage for all locations.

Monitors and improves resource effectiveness and efficiency in order to optimize the department’s processes and services to the organization.

Contributes on a tangible level to the organization’s success by meeting personal, team and company goals.
