Position Overview:

The Data Scientist Lead will guide the data analysis and machine learning efforts within the RAPID program. This role involves analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and using data-driven insights to enhance USCIS's digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data analysis and machine learning initiatives.

Develop predictive models and data analytics to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions.

Use statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze datasets.

Continuously evaluate data collection and analysis against changing agency needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 6 years of experience in data science and machine learning.

Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.

Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Hadoop.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
