Responsible for managing F5 load balancers pool creations, certificate updating, etc Work directly with ISP s, hardware vendors, and customer contacts to resolve network problems Create standard operating procedure (SOP) documents Manage software upgrade projects on networks Flexible to work on call during weekend based on rotational manner due to data center changes. responsibility for the implementation, integration, configuration, development, and support of all stages of the SD-WAN process. Updating ticket on IT service management tool with proper work notes. 5 days onsite work from office."
