Job Description/ Responsibilities
ServiceNow Lead/Architect role requires the applying candidate to have strong hands-on experience around the following activities:
" Manage Horizontal and Cloud Discovery Issue as part BAU " Create Service Maps using Top Down Service Mapping approach for business critical applications " Configure/manage Discovery schedules " Configure and Manage CMDB Health Dashboard and CI Health and Hygiene Tasks " Integrate with third party applications to bring Asset Data into CMDB " Work on CMDB and ITOM Visible related enhancements " Write custom patterns as required for Discovery/Service Mapping.
