JOB SUMMARY:
Become a pivotal part of our team at our Newark, Delaware office, in a hybrid role focusing on advanced data analytics and business intelligence reporting. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in BI tools and SQL to craft, analyze, and report on complex data sets, ensuring business decisions are informed by accurate, timely insights. Key responsibilities include designing and automating reports, maintaining data integrity through migrations, and developing advanced data visualizations to highlight business trends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and format reports, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.
Construct, analyze, and document complex programs using Business Intelligence Tools for statistical data analysis.
Design and implement data migration processes, including ETL operations, to ensure accurate and secure data transfer across systems.
Develop advanced data visualizations and dashboards for critical business insights, employing BI platforms to their full potential.
Mentor team members in best practices for data visualization and reporting, facilitating learning opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Expertise in Business Intelligence platforms and SQL.
Proven experience in data migration and maintaining data integrity.
Advanced skills in developing data visualizations and dashboards.
Industry Experience:
Experience within data analytics, reporting, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with data security and compliance protocols.
