ERP Data Integrity Lead

The ERP Data Integrity Lead will be an Ideal Team Player who supports our mission to build a convenient, safe, automated world and works to achieve our vision of continued growth and market expansion. This role will ensure accurate data setup and maintenance in the ERP system, supporting effective product launches and efficient production. Collaborate with Industrialization, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to improve data collection and maintenance processes, develop data with stakeholders, and distribute internal communications.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Support Production department through accurate and timely:

Route creation based on time studies

BOM updates

Location identification

Support Purchasing and Materials through accurate and timely:

MRP parameter maintenance (eg. safety stock, lead time, forecasts, min/max, etc.) for VOMI, Off-site Warehouse, and internal needs with components and finished goods

Cost data entry and updates (may include cost rolls, trade agreements, vendor details)

Support Sales and Customer Service department through accurate and timely:

Release of part numbers for order entry

Customer designations for customer specific needs

Collaborate with R&D, Engineering and INDUS through accurate and timely:

Project Request Openings

Part number creation to support PCR

Other PCR actions as assigned by Manager

Release creation and global communication for new products, updated products and software/configuration changes as needed

All other duties as assigned by Manager

Dynamics 365 implementation support

ISO process and data support

Physical Inventory support

Cycle Count support

Standard Work development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent work experience

Expert level proficiency in the use of an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational skills

Expert level communicator and ability to work in a self-directed manner

Experience with manufacturing and interdepartmental collaboration
