Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Must be a certified Project Management Mehodology (PMP/Prince2/Agile).
Knowledge of ITIL framework
Good hands on knowledge on various infra tools and ServiceNow
Experience in dealing with people, process and technology issues within the project.
Work with a team of diverse skill set and helping everyone work together for a common overall solution.
Ability to deal effectively with changes in the project scope.
Ability to lead a team and work independently.
