Job Requirements / Description
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for the development and implementation of alternative asset platform solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, software development, and operations to define project objectives and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Conduct stakeholder reviews to validate project requirements and overall satisfaction upon completion.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure the project meets market demands and aligns with business strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly within the alternative assets space or financial services.
Strong understanding of platform build-out processes, including software development life cycles.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
