JD for BMC TrueSight Integration with Other tools:

• In-depth knowledge on design and implementation of observability solutions.

• Experience in Design, Implementation, Administration and Development of TrueSight Operations Management is essential.

• Maintain BPPM/TrueSight platform availability as per agreed availability commitment

• Develop new customizations, integrations, and reports on BMC TrueSight platform.

• Troubleshoot BPPM/TrueSight application, customizations, integration issues.

• Understanding and experience in elastic stack integration with BMC TrueSight.

• Understanding and experience in Prometheus integration with BMC tools.

• Assist customer drive adoption of the monitoring solution across the environments.

• Propose & Implement industry standard best practices for thresholds, alerting & integration.

• Work closely with Service Owners to review service delivery quality with focus on continuous improvement.

• Follow the ITIL standard best processes in design and implementation phase.

• Experience in integration configuration with BMC Remedy ITSM.

• Excellent in troubleshooting BPPM/TrueSight applications, integrations, customizations.

• Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with Customers, Vendors, and other internal groups as required.
