Job Title: Project Manager
Location: White Plains, NY ( onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension
Role and Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop a project plan, scope, timelines, budget, and required resources. Define clear deliverables and milestones to track progress.
Team Coordination: Assemble and lead a project team comprising individuals from different departments or external contractors. Foster effective communication and teamwork to drive project success.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project's lifecycle. Develop contingency plans and take forward thinking measures to minimize disruptions and address risks/issues promptly.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and track project progress against project plan. Identify deviations from the schedule or budget and implement corrective actions, as necessary.
Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, management, and clients. Keep all relevant parties informed about the project's progress and any critical updates.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and relevant records, for future reference and compliance purposes.
