Responsibilities:
IAE supports the migration of these two legacy systems onto a new Common Services Platform (CSP) driven by Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps best practices. The IAE is a presidentially mandated E-Government initiative designed to improve the federal procurement and award processes using innovative technologies.

 

The candidate will be responsible for Servicenow Business Analysis on an upgrade of a Servicenow ticketing system for the GSA.

Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certification (Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent).

5-8 years of proven experience in QA testing with a focus on ServiceNow platform and integrations.

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others.

Solid experience in developing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP, REST).

Proficiency with testing tools like Jira, ALM, or similar for defect tracking and management.

Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python is a plus.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
