Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Lead metric creation of reporting to continuously monitor all aspects of organization health
Partner with various teams, including our service and product, financial, workforce, risk and operational teams across the entire organization to ensure we are monitoring and celebrating key successes, tracking key foundational business value metrics, identifying and escalating any issues proactively
Ensure we are using data to inform and drive all key decisions
Correlate and identify key trends and themes and design the reporting so that complex themes can be easily understood and present to a variety of stakeholders in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews and reports
Requirements:
3+ years of experience utilizing different data sources to identify trends and consolidate information for decisions
Knowledge of enterprise operating metrics used to evaluate organizational health
Outstanding written and verbal communication with executive presence and presentation skills
Expert MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, operational management, and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Well organized and excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a matrixed environment
Able to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency and effectiveness
Strong personal initiative to proactively determine action required and drive to completion independently and know when to engage others
Able to decompose complex issues to tell the story and generate call to action
Works well with others in a matrixed environment, thinks quickly, acts with speed and accuracy, and enjoys identifying and delivering value
Works well with stakeholders across a matrixed environment, able to develop, collect and present key operational metrics, identify, and proactively address issues, and present in key management routines
Desired skills:
Knowledge of the Employee Experience Technology organization and its services and products
Experience with key headcount, financial, risk and operational performance tools
Ability to develop relationships throughout the organization
Financial accounting knowledge
