Job Requirements / Description
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
UAT Coordination:
- Develop and manage UAT plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate UAT sessions, guiding users through testing processes and collecting feedback.
- Analyze UAT results, identify issues, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare UAT reports and documentation, providing insights to stakeholders.
Training Development:
- Assess training needs and design training programs tailored to different user groups.
- Create training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) to equip users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the product.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a user-centered approach in product development.
- Serve as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure clarity in requirements and feedback.
- Facilitate user feedback sessions and workshops to gather insights for future improvements.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in UAT, training, or a similar role involving information technology projects.
- Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and testing processes.
- Experience in creating training content and conducting user training sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., test management software, LMS platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Training (e.g., ISTQB, ATD).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience in Information Technology related government projects
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus but not required
