As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, you will be part of a team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc. for our clients.
In this role, you’ll spend most of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing business solutions. You’ll also have opportunities to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments.

Understand the customer’s vision and create solutions that will solve their business challenges.
Lead client meetings to learn about existing architecture, identify business issues, and gather/verify business requirements.
Work with customers to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and consult with clients on strategic and operational uses of the CRM platform.
Establish technical designs that align configuration and customization needs with client requirements, while adhering to best practices.
Design integration solutions for backend services and back office/ERP applications.
Identify creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code.
Serve as a Dynamics expert who educates customers about relevant capabilities and provides guidance about new ways to leverage the platform.
Create and lead Dynamics platform demonstrations that align with customer needs and use cases (during the pre-sales phase and during active projects).
Play an active role in managing the execution of projects, including participating in Agile backlog grooming and sprint planning activities.
Assist the team in training client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Build strong client relationships by building strong professional and personal bonds as we work together.
Play an active role in new business pursuits, which typically involves defining and prioritizing customer needs, creating technical and data solutions, designing a staffing solution and level of effort projection, and shaping a statement of work and detailed cost estimate.
Serve as a mentor to team members, help the team resolve problems as they arise, and inspire your colleagues by sharing emerging new technology insights and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing, documenting, implementing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions for enterprise-level engagements. Specifically, we’re looking for:
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and time management skills.
Good work ethic and self-starting attitude, and ability to work well among a team of professionals.
Ability to perform in customer settings and discern client business needs.
Strong analytical, solution design and problem-solving skills.
Desire to work in a team environment and work across organization functional boundaries.

Deep understanding of response marketing and CRM best practices.
Experience with Agile development methodology and tools.
General understanding of full lifecycle development of a Dynamics 365 project.
7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
5+ years of implementation experience in medium to large scale (100+ users) environments.
3+ years of implementation experience in Azure technologies.
College degree with 10+ years of technical and/or consulting experience.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
