Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, manages multiple large projects and programs of a complex nature by overseeing the activities of cross-functional project teams, consisting of personnel from multiple departments, facilities, and/or the entire Norton Healthcare enterprise. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project. Coaches associate and/or intermediate project managers as requested. Serves as a project management instructor. Performs project recovery efforts.
Key Accountabilities:
Proactively escalates issues and roadblocks as necessary to keep the project on track.
Monitors the project budget and addresses variances as needed.
Serves as the focal point for project management regarding the status of the project for all project stakeholders and ensures tasks are completed on time.
Manages assigned projects and programs in a matrix environment and produces project management deliverables with a very high level of quality.
Serves as a project management champion by actively supporting and driving project management best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
Required:
Five years of practical project management experience
Bachelor Degree
Project Management Professional
