Title- Research CRM/CLM Product Owner
Remote- MUST LIVE IN CST OR EST TIME ZONE
Location: Hoboken, NJ, UK or Remote/Hybrid
We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, experienced CRM/CLM Product Owner. The CRM/CLM Product Owner is the primary connection between the Sales leadership team, the Sales users, and the Technology team. The CRM/CLM Product owner is responsible for developing a product vision and roadmap for CRM/CLM that is based on the needs of the business and working with the Technology team to execute on that roadmap based on Agile development methodologies.
How you will make an impact:
" Partner with Sales leadership and key stakeholders to establish a product roadmap that is tightly aligned to the business strategy, goals, and enable / improve sales productivity
" Obtain deep understanding of customer (sales team) workflows, processes and tools including gathering constant feedback from sales advisory board and sales team members, shadowing key sales reps on customer visits, etc.
" Maintain and constantly refine and reprioritize the product backlog, ensuring that upcoming user stories are fully defined and documented so that the development teams can maintain momentum
" Strong documentation skills including data & process flow diagramming along with process narratives
" Collaborate with other CRM scrum teams Marketing, Customer Service, etc.
" Project Management plans, executes, and delivers all projects on time, and within scope in accordance with business priorities.
" Create comprehensive acceptance criteria and partner with the Technology / Agile team and business users to fully test all enhancements and changes prior to release
" Continuously deliver system and process changes to the user community through the Agile release process and a highly effective method of communicating change to the business users
We are looking for people who:
" 5+ years' experience as an Agile Product owner, or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager for a SaaS product; Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred. Must have Sales / CRM experience, specifically , preferred CLM experience.
" Business Process Optimization, Change Management; Lean Six Sigma or equivalent quality experience CRM required and CLM management experience preferred
" Technology and Information Management, Financial Management, Sales, Marketing
" Personal Organization, Planning & Time Management, Communication, Influence and Interpersonal Effectiveness, Initiative and Innovation, Judgement and Decision Making, Flexibility / Adaptability, Self-Awareness, and Personal Development
