Overview:
We have an excellent opportunity available for an on-site IT Support Center Analyst in our Home Office located in downtown Cincinnati.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and other technology tools, products and peripherals
Installs hardware, software, networking and peripheral equipment as needed
Response and support for iSeries related Operator level support requests and troubleshooting
Responds/resolves incidents and service requests in accordance with expected service levels
Oversee the execution and completion of assigned tasks
Logs and tracks all work effort using ITSM tools, and maintains history records and related documentation
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high standards of customer service
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Roto-Rooter through performing behaviors consistent with the organizations’ values
Requirements:
Requirements include:
Associate degree in related field
3-5 years’ experience in related technical support role
Operator level IBM iSeries/ AS400 experience
May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience
Applicable Technical Certifications:
Microsoft MTA, MCSA, MCSE
CCNA, Networking +
ITIL Foundations preferred
HDI Support Center Analyst preferred
