Technical/Functional Skills
Workday Studio integration, security and Workday HCM function knowledge
Experience Required
" At least 3 years of configuration experience in one or more Workday areas, such as Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
Roles & Responsibilities
" Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes, particularly focusing on workflow and security improvements.
" Design and configuration of new Workday enhancements and Integrations.
" design and build advanced Workday reports
" Oversee the Workday functional ticketing queue, ensuring that tickets are addressed promptly and with a high level of customer service.
" Troubleshoot functional and technical production issues
" Work closely with Workday technical SME to ensure continuous improvement of HCM integrations. Proactively identify and address integration issues and opportunities.
