G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Sage Intacct System Administrator to join its team located in College Park, GA.

 

Summary

The Sage Intacct System Administrator (onsite) will ensure that our financial/business systems and supporting software are always functioning at optimal performance. This position will administer all of World Changers financial business systems to ensure the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of our systems. The administrator will also be the liaison between the company and the software providers to resolve any issue pertaining to system performance. 

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the optimal performance of all financial systems 

Building custom reports and dashboard for end-users

Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring the system

Planning and executing a strategy to maintain system security 

Ensuring that all system workflows, and configurations are made in a timely manner to minimize any disruptions to business operations

Creating an ongoing system training solution to keep end-users’ skills at peak levels

Participate in the system SaaS Intacct communities to find opportunities to better utilize our financial business systems

Implementing new system software releases

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in any IT or Business-related field

2+ years of system administration is preferred

Business administration skills preferred

Experience with financial systems is required

Sage Intacct Accounting System experience is a plus

Other financial systems experience is a plus
