Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN technologies.
- Oversee the integration of VPN solutions within the Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims domains.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation of VPN technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of VPN technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing VPN solutions to enhance performance and security.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong background in Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN technologies with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims domains.
- Have excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges.
- Show proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Hold a relevant certification in project management or VPN technologies, such as PMP or CCNP.
