Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst II to assist in operational planning, coordination, and development. The Operations Analyst II works regularly with the Deployment Operations, Business Operations, and Product leads.
Responsibilities :
Identify, develop, and manage various business relationships.
Identify project requirements by analyzing operations, determine project scope, and documenting results.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Intermediate Excel user
2-4 years of MS Office experience
Proficiency in Oracle is preferred
Skilled multitasker
