Key Responsibilities
Update, integrate, build, test, support, and administer CCaaS and IVR systems
Attend team and customer meetings to understand and gather customer requirements
Convert customer requirements into detailed system requirements
Collaborate with customers, project management teams, and other internal teams during project life cycles
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) vendors such as Genesys, Enghouse, Avaya, or Amazon Connect
Experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) vendors like Blueworks
Strong communication skills for attending and contributing to team and customer meetings
Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable system requirements
Team player with the ability to collaborate across various departments
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 25% remote work.
The hourly range for this position is $35 - $45/hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications
