Job Title : Desktop Support Representative
Location : 5701 Golden Hills Dr, Minneapolis, MN 55416
Duration : 12+ months Contract (with possible extension)
Job Description:
Experience with desktop support
Customer Service
Virtual environment such as VDI
Can do deskside support to build machines, install software, move customer office or cube equipment (workstation or laptop) from one location to the other.
Provide support on various laptop, desktop and tablet running Win 7/10 /11
Installation, configuration and maintenance of windows, hardware’s and software’s.
Break/fix experience
Ticketing Experience (Client uses Service Now Ticketing) – Any ticketing experience, Service Now a plus.)
Basic Networking skills a plus
Someone who can come onboard to figure out how to resolve issues without the help of season techs.
