Need a functional resource
Experience with C4C Service cloud for Utilities and worked as functional lead on a C4C Utilities Implementation and upgrade projects
Experience with utilities CIS project
S/4 Hana and SAP ISU experience
Translating requirements to design specifications of the customer solution
Hands-on experience with SAP Utilities Customer Service processes
Good Project management and organization skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
