Our client is seeking an IT Healthcare Project Manager – O365 who demonstrates ability to manage advanced level projects. This PM will be responsible for leading complex, multi-technology projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and resource management within a PMO.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Demonstrated ability to manage technology-based projects as well as business-driven initiatives from concept through implementation within varied industries

Creates, coordinates, and manages multiple advanced level projects involving large organization-wide systems.

Manages large projects of moderate to high complexity which may include the creation, coordination, and management of a project plan for major complex system installation or modification.

Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to present to C-Suite necessary. 

Demonstrated experience with change management, communication, project plan and project team management experience required.

Ability to manage the “strong” voices in the room and drive communication.

Ability to make decisions and encourage team cooperation.

 

Required Skills:

Project manager who has experience with projects that include migrating sites to SharePoint Cloud or Teams.  Or experience managing any cloud-based software platform based on ITIL guidelines to provide service-orientation for managing business activities preferred.

Experience managing part of a large scale O365 migration helpful. 

Deep technical skills are not required but strong technology IT Project Management experience is required.

PMI member in good standing and PMP certified.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare IT or related field required.

8 to 15 years solid experience as a project manager in IT project management with increasing responsibilities.

Experience with Hospital/Healthcare environments helpful.

Familiar with Web Applications and Web Design.           

Strong oral and written communications.

Adaptable and able to manage different personalities.

Able to perform under pressure.   

Exhibits advanced proficiency in project management methodology, tools and practices.

Demonstrates proficiency in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.

Communicates effectively with project staff and stakeholders.

Demonstrates effective consensus-building skills.
