BryceTech is hiring a Technician to support IT operations, including provisioning; hardware
and software management; troubleshooting and help desk; planning, documenting, and
monitoring enterprise IT services; planning and executing special projects related to mid-
and long-term operational goals.
As a valued member of the BryceTech team, this IT Technician will support our staff of
analysts, specialists, and executives in our work for numerous Federal agencies and
commercial clients. This IT Technician will be involved in daily prioritizing of work as we
strive to respond rapidly to the requirements of our staff and their customers. We are
seeking a person with a professional demeanor, a desire to acquire new skills, and an
analytic mindset. The position will grow to include more opportunities in the field as
competency is demonstrated and interests develop. Responsibilities include:
In collaboration with the CIO and IT Administrator, manage daily IT operations.
Plan and execute hardware and software provisioning for a growing staff.
Respond to help desk requests, both in person and remotely.
Assist in monitoring and managing IT services, especially a Microsoft 365 tenant housed in the GCCHIGH sovereign cloud.
Assist in setting and achieving goals related to securing and otherwise improving IT operations.
Create and maintain records and procedures.
Create and maintain Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps applications.
Conduct staff onboardings and training.
Other duties as assigned.
