Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Status: Hybrid (WFH 4 days a week, In Office 1 day a week)

What You’ll Be Doing
Design and refactor database structures for new and existing applications.
Enhance server-to-server integrations and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions and manage projects.
Ensure data availability and security with robust backup and recovery plans.
Implement and propose tools for system monitoring and integrity.
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Expertise in MS SQL Server and enterprise database architecture.
Knowledge of SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Integration Services (SSIS).
Experience with both normalized and de-normalized data environments.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in database management.
