Compensation: $20-29/hour
Real Estate Data Analyst
Provide business process and system support for Real Estate Department by reviewing Real Estate’s technology platforms (Documentum, Maximo, SAP) for data integrity. The successful candidate will review contracts and synthesize data, such as terms, financials, vendor and customer, and location; as well as input data into systems to ensure consistency.
Duties:
· Review contracts and extract essential and key details
· Input relevant data into Maximo and provide SAP updates to Accounting department using established Excel templates
· Create Excel-based reports to help identify variance in data integrity
· Liaise with Real Estate Department team members to support project and program needs
· Identify areas for improvement; if applicable
Key Skills / Requirements:
· 3-5 years contract management or real estate related experience
· Knowledge and understanding of real estate contracts relating to lease, license, and easement agreements.
· Attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· SAP experience helpful but not required
