Big Data Modeler / Architect
Big Data Modeler/Architect. Team is involved in the build out of a Data Lakehouse using Databricks, for the FX business line.
Team is currently in the process of setting up the Databricks infrastructure and very soon we will be beginning the work for building the ingestion pipelines into the Bronze Zone of Databricks.
Team also will be starting work to design the data model for the Silver Zone along with the mapping/migration of data from Bronze zone to Silver Zone.
Candidate has to be a senior data professional with expertise in building data lakehouses from scratch, along with data modelling expertise, especially with an FX/Financial Services background.
Big Data Platforms (Cloudera, Databricks), Big Data Technologies (Scala, Impala etc), Data Modelling & Data Architecture.
Financial Services experience, FX Domain knowledge preferred.
