Pay Range: $28 - $32.00 per hour
This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Job Summary:
This role seeks a proactive Strategy and Operations Analyst with a knack for data synthesis and strategic analysis within the B2B SaaS domain. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of collaborating cross-functionally to produce customer-facing assets and conduct valuable business analyses. A pivotal part of the role includes driving lead tracking and enhancing sales strategies through insightful analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product departments on various initiatives.
Create and refine customer-facing assets for use in sales pitches.
Conduct comprehensive pricing and business value analyses.
Drive the process for tracking customer leads and pipeline reporting.
Utilize analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong analytical background with a focus on strategy and business operations.
Industry Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy and operations or business analytics within a B2B SaaS context.
