Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC, and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate basic acumen in GT risk management practices and framework
Schedule and track individual and group tasks to proactively meet timelines and due dates
Recommend or raise identified issues or process improvement opportunities
Lead collaboration and influences teammates to ensure on-time or early delivery of tasks
Demonstrate responsiveness and prompt follow up on tasks or questions
Requirements:
Excel skills (3+ years)
PowerPoint skills (5+ years)
Word skills (3+ years)
SharePoint skills (1+ years)
Communications and editorial writing skills (5+ years)
Advanced notetaking and meeting management skills (5+ years)
Moderate to advanced problem-solving skills (4+ years)
Beginner to moderate end-to-end process or procedure management (3+ years)
Ability to consume large amounts of materials, which may include laws, regulations or policies, with an eye for quality output
Strong focus on consistency
Effective prioritization of workbench deliverables
Timely follow-up on requests and questions
Desired Skills:
Experience working in a highly regulated industry or financial institution
Experience interacting with senior level managers
Risk management or issues management experience
Degree or certification in compliance, risk management, business or communications
