Responsibilities:
Independently prototypes/develops data solutions of high complexity to meet the needs of the organization and business customers
Leads highly complex and large enterprise wide high visibility initiatives
Designs proof-of-concept solutions utilizing an advanced understanding of multiple coding languages to meet technical and business requirements, with an ability to perform iterative solution testing to ensure specifications are met
Creates and owns data product standards, provides technology advisory services
Recognized subject matter expert in multiple data products and business functions
Designs solutions for multiple large scale and long-term technology transformation
Provides strategic direction for technologies on data products, owns strategy and roadmaps for data products
Responsible for and owns full product lifecycle
Outstanding written and communication skills, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and has in depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
Creates and maintains DevOps process, application infrastructure and cloud services
Innovates and advocates best practices in product development
Plays the role of a mentor for other engineers in the team
Creates and maintains DevOps models
Identifies and drives high complexity/cross-functional process improvement
Strong understanding of object oriented concepts with experience in relational and NoSQL database
Strong experience in AWS, GCP or other Cloud architectures
Good understanding of messaging architectures like Kafka MQ, Mulesoft or RabbitMQ
Strong experience in writing API services
Experience in developing multi-threaded applications
Remote eligible.
