Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master for Plano, Texas. – In-office position

 

Responsibilities:

Help software development teams achieve goals.

Facilitate cross-team issue resolution

Perform data-grounded analysis on teams’ performance

Experiment with ways to improve team delivery,

Construct presentations to leadership on team's progress. 

 

Requirements:

5 years of Scrum experience

Project Management experience- accountability and delivery

Experience with IT/software projects

Strong communication skills with ability to challenge the team.
