" Hands on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN,DC-LAN, WAN and WLAN environment.
" Strong experience of handling Network team
" Strong Knowledge of Juniper Network (Routing & Switching)
" Knowledge of Wireless (Aruba)
" Knowledge of server Load balancer (F5/ Citrix )
" Knowledge of SDWAN
" Knowledge of Cloud Network.
" Knowledge of MPLS, DMVPN and QOS .
" Knowledge of DHCP, DNS & IPAM.
" Strong knowledge on IPsec, VPNs, GRE , NAT/PAT over various platform
" Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & ISIS).
" Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking , Dot1.X, Various flavors of STP, HSRP,VRRP, VTP).
" Remote management and monitoring of Network operations
" 24x7 NOC support to large global client that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup.
" Level 3 and Level 4 support for incident /change management ticket resolution.
" Creation of MOP /SOP and planning change management process.
" Performance tuning of network devices and creation of SOP.
" Planning and perform upgrade of network devices
" Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems
" Act as an SME SPOC for certain network products provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review report.
" Help team to Create RCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly.
Certification Required:
CCNP
JNCIA
JNCIE Preferred
